Got myself some culture tonight and saw The Last Seder, at Theatre J.
It was a very good play, and in fact it made me cry. Lest you think I'm a big sissy, it made everybody cry. Still, I became extremely nostalgic for the big gatherings of our extended family when I was younger, the seders, the Thanksgiving dinners, the birthdays. I was a kid, surrounded by all these adults whom I loved Now I'm the adult, and there are no more children, and fewer relatives. I'm reminded of Avalon.
Maybe I just need some sleep.
I have friends. These friends complain to me, about me. If these complaints are
persistent, then, eventually, I will submit.
And so, this new, interactive blog, a blog which might be updated more than twice a year,
and an interactive blog at that.
