If I, when I was much younger, saw the actual, neck snapping jolt of a neck snapping or the quivering of a murdering bastard and child molester, we will only then see that , indeed, capital punishment IS A DETERRENT TO GROWING CRIMINALITY!
Only a few a year in every state would shake this country right down to it's junkies and murderers as well as a grown man sticking his 8" "weiner" into a screaming baby girls uterus will we see a drop in crime...they will believe it then!
