Actually, it appears that request is superfluous. Anyhoo . . .
The zipper for the fly of the Levi's 505 jeans that I'm wearing just broke. Now my fly is stuck open. I have untucked my t-shirt to cover my shame, but this is very annoying nonetheless.
Is this what I get for shopping at the Levi's Outlet Store? They didn't seem irregular when I bought them.

Posted by: Brooke at August 27, 2003 3:09 PMThere's always super-glue or perhaps a "well-stocked" flight suit for your shame. And I think that the previous comments are Lies, All Lies. (Well maybe Brooke's has some truth to it.)
Posted by: shannon at August 27, 2003 4:18 PMOh! Or you could stitch the openning with paperclips! Or industrial STAPLES!
Posted by: Brooke at August 27, 2003 5:28 PMIt's possible that there are no pants, not even the mighty Levi's, that can adequately contain your manhood.

Yes, this is what you get when you shop at an outlet store.
You get what what you pay for.
Try returning the jeans. If this particular outlet store is like others and won't accept returns, Beltway Super Cleaners (in the Beltway Plaza Mall area, in the strip between the Giant and the Blockbuster Video) does a good job of fixing clothes. A zipper replacement should run you about $9.00. Add that to what you paid for the jeans at the outlet store and it will probably be in the neighborhood of what you would've paid for a pair of jeans at a non-outlet store.
I might not know much about politics, but I know loads about clothing. ;o)
