Posted by: John at July 5, 2003 10:13 PMHey Camp Council friends,
I was just given the information on this site. The reunion sounds great, but where is Frasier PA! I was wondering if anyone heard form the Gross' Michelle or Jody or where to find them. There were soo many friends and yet it is so hard to remember all the names. What great memories of camp sneaking in the valley to see what the guys were up to (or the counselors) It is a shame camp today is definiety NOT what it was when we were younger!! How about Rhonda Winkler, Andi (they were counselors) I'll have to dig out my camp memory books. Anyway, looking forward to seeing you at the reunion.
Hi My husband(Bill) was the maintenance director at camp from 1978- 1986 when it closed its doors. I was also the fill in nurse when they needed me. Lots of good memories from then, too numerous to mention.Besides the wishing well, the bridge Bill built is still standing. Our children Kathleen and Timothy were very active in the doings of camp. Katie is now 30, and married, and Tim is 35 and single. We are unable to attend the reunion, but hope you all have a nice time.
