The Quiet David

Another solo movie outing (though I ran into some friends), this time to see The Quiet American, an adaptation of the Graham Green novel. I give it two thumbs up. Michael Caine and Brendan Fraser play dualing archaelogists in a race against time to save French Indochina from a Communist Mummy.

Aw! Poor David. I bet there are hundreds (tens? one or two?) women out there who would love to accompany you to movies. Hyattsville is land of the hotties. I think I read that somewhere. You just need to stop using your computer (UPDATE THE TEA READER!) and set up a few tiger traps, a.k.a. girl-traps. Then you "rescue" them and while they're all thanking you for saving their life, invite them to see a movie. It works every time, you can borrow my shovel.
